I am an award-winning Executive Coach, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Research Scholar, and Data Scientist with over 17 years of relevant industry experience working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. I am a Lecturer at Columbia University SPS, teaching Digital Media and Analytics and Digital Communication Strategy. My teaching philosophy is to lead an inclusive class that derives thought leadership and innovation. I am committed to supporting the scholarship, development, and academics of the University of Columbia and my field of discipline.
My professional experience includes working as the Head of Digital Marketing Strategy, Online Campaign Management, and Big Data Analytics for several Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies including Saks Fifth Ave, Comcast NBC Universal, Panasonic, IBM, Citibank, to name a few.
As a Digital Marketing Executive and Data Scientist, I consult with small to large business enterprises to identify new market opportunities, develop their data analytics and reporting strategy, and to create winning digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
I am an award-winning Humanitarian, Leadership Ambassador, and an International Speaker, who has been invited to speak and give a keynote presentation at the world stages on topics including business analytics, economic development, leadership, women empowerment, and gender equality. I have spoken at the United Nations (headquarters in New York), The World Bank, United Nations Development Program, UNFPA, Toronto World Leadership Forum, Social Media Week (New York), Microsoft, to name a few. I was invited to create the first "Teach Gender Equality" Certificate course for Microsoft Education, the certificate course is being offered to 2 Million teachers worldwide. I have a Master’s in Education and Doctor of Education Degree with Double Distinction Merit from the University of Pennsylvania.
I am the Founder of the Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W), an award-winning not-for-profit organization headquartered in New York City, with a reach of 3.5 million people worldwide. GC4W is the recipient of BEST Manhattan charity for 3 consecutive years. GC4W is one of the leading international non-profits of the millennium in the areas of gender equality, women empowerment, and youth empowerment. I sit on the leadership and advisory boards of a few startup companies and not-for-profit organizations. I served on the board of Harvard Crimson impact at the Harvard Club of New York, and the Jr. Board of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club.
